Tomorrow ( Friday, September 21, 2018 ), the Cardinals will try their first win by playing defending TAPPS DII champion Cypress Community Christian in Cypress.
The Warriors run the spread on the offensive side. Quarterback Drue Hirth has completed 38-of-94 passes for 617 yards, seven touchdowns with five interceptions.
Receiver Joseph Carbone III has 254 yards receiving and two touchdowns. Jackson Landrum is the leading rusher with 225 yards on 29 carries and three touchdowns.
The Warriors run with an eight-man front on defense.
Against Austin Saints, St. Paul was down 25-0 at half and did not score until the fourth quarter.
“Our offense needs to get off to a better start,” Wachsmuth said.
The Warriors are currently 2-1.
