St. Paul (6-3, 4-1) travels from Shiner to play San Marcos Baptist Academy (1-7, 1-4) for the first time since 2009.
St. Paul won that non-district game 34-31.
St. Paul is coming off its bye week and has clinched a playoff berth.
St. Paul will go to the TAPPS small-school playoffs, which will be called Division 4, and be the top seed.
San Marcos Academy's lone win was over San Antonio St. Gerard.
St. Paul's Connor Kresta and Austin Barton have combined to rush for 1,700 yards and 20 touchdowns.
