St. Paul (9-3) advanced with a 48-18 win over Beaumont Legacy Christian at Warrior Stadium.
Brazos Christian (8-2) beat The Woodlands Legacy Prep 49-0.
The teams were district opponents in 2012 and 2013 and split their two games.
St. Paul has won six straight games since losing to Geneva School of Boerne.
Brazos Christian has won eight of its last nine games with the lone loss coming to Waco Reicher, which is playing in the Division III semifinals.
St. Paul's Conor Kresta has rushed for 1,354 yards and 21 touchdowns, and Austin Barton has rushed for 1,111 yards and 12 touchdowns.
The winner will advance to the state championship game against the winner of Friday's game between Arlington Grace Prep and Fort Worth Temple Christian.
